COLORADO TROPHIES provides the following for hunting guests at the rates stated in our current brochure:
 • 5 day hunts, see brochure for dates. Arrival the day before the hunt, Departure the day after the hunt.
• airport pick up/return -from Montrose/Telluride airports only.
• 1 guide to 2 hunters on private property, Forest Service, & BLM in GMU 70 or 61.
• lodging (including sheets, towels, etc.) • meals (3 meals a day) • transportation in the field
• we hunt any animal from which you draw blood until the animal is down, or determined the animal will live, but you may only draw blood twice (see brochure guidelines for details).
• field dressing and skinning the animal.

GUESTS provide the following when hunting with COLORADO TROPHIES:
• hunting gear, including weapon & ammunition

• personal clothing and effects

• hunting license & Hunter Safety Card ** These must be carried on you in the field while hunting!! **
• game processing even if your meat will be donated.

CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds are made unless a substitute hunter can be found.
REFUNDS are given to hunters who do not draw as a result of no fault of their own, or their deposit may be carried over to the following year's hunt. When a hunter does not draw as a result of a mistake made by the hunter on the application no refund will be given.
DEPOSIT POLICY: I understand that a 50 percent non-refundable initial payment is necessary to reserve my hunt with final payments due May 1, and July 1. Colorado Trophies may use any photography or video taken during the hunting period to be used for marketing purposes without additional consent.
WEAPONS RESTRICTIONS
• Under Colorado law, convicted felons are prohibited from possessing any firearms or other weapons, which include muzzleloaders and archery equipment. Therefore, any convicted felon cannot hunt in Colorado. This statute applies to resident and nonresident hunters. Violation of this statute may be a felony.

• Federal law prohibits anyone convicted of a crime of domestic violence, either felony or misdemeanor convictions, to possess a firearm. If the conviction was a misdemeanor, hunters can hunt in Colorado with muzzleloading or archery equipment. If the conviction was a felony, hunters, residents, and nonresidents cannot hunt with any firearm or weapon, including muzzleloading and archery.

 
/ understand that I must obey all laws and rules and regulations governing the state of Colorado, failure to do so may result in penalties set forth in law.
I understand that providing false information will result in the termination of this contract and may result in penalties set forth in law.
I state under penalty of perjury in the second degree, as defined in section 18-8-503, Colorado Revised Statutes, that the information contained in and supplied with this contract is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.

WAIVER & RELEASE AGREEMENT

 Please read carefully before signing. This is a release of liability and waiver of certain legal rights.

I understand that TLCR, Inc. dba Colorado Trophies, and Wing Shadow Ranch, LLC, Thomas M. Colander, and Lynn M. Colander (Collectively referred to herein as "Colorado Trophies") and their Associates abide by the code of ethics of the National Rifle Association, the Colorado Outfitters & Guides Association, and the laws of the State of Colorado.

In consideration for my being permitted to participate in the activities of Colorado Trophies, and the use of 

the property, leased property, animals, if any, all vehicles, and facilities, I agree to the following Waiver and Release:

I acknowledge that hiking, fishing & hunting has inherent risks, hazards, and dangers for anyone, that cannot be eliminated, particularly in a wilderness environment. I UNDERSTAND THAT THESE RISKS, HAZARDS, AND DANGERS INCLUDE WITHOUT LIMITATION:

     1. Hiking, and driving in rugged county;
     2. Encounters with wildlife, animals and insects;

     3. Temperature extremes;
     4. Inclement weather conditions and the unavailability of immediate medical attention in the

         wilderness in case of injury;   

     5. The risk of handling firearms and other weapons, being near others that have firearms and

         other weapons in their possessions;
     6. Handling the weight of game killed, and equipment used in game preparation.

 

I understand the risks, hazards and dangers described above and have had the opportunity to discuss them with Colorado Trophies. I understand that these activities may require good physical conditioning and a degree of skill and knowledge. I believe that I have that good physical conditioning and the degree of skill and knowledge necessary for me to engage in these activities safely. I understand that I have responsibilities. My participation in this activity is purely voluntary. No one is forcing me to participate, and I elect to participate in spite of the risks. I AM VOLUNTARILY USING THE SERVICES OF COLORADO TROPHIES WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF THE INHERENT RISKS, HAZARDS, AND DANGERS INVOLVED AND HEREBY ASSUME AND ACCEPT ANY AND ALL RISKS OF INJURY, PARALYSIS OR DEATH.

Lastly, I, for myself, my heirs, successors, executors, and subrogees, hereby KNOWINGLY AND
INTENTIONALLY WAIVE AND RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS COLORADO TROPHIES

their directors, officers, agents, employees, other contractors, and volunteers from and against any and all claims, action, causes of actions, liabilities, suits, expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with my participation in this activity including, but not limited to, NEGLIGENCE of any kind or nature, whether foreseen or unforeseen, arising directly or indirectly out of any damage, loss, injury, paralysis or death to me or my property as a result of my engaging in these activities or the use of the facilities, animals or equipment, whether such damage, loss, injury, paralysis, or death results from negligence of Colorado Trophies or from some other cause. I, myself, my heirs, my successors, executors, subrogees, further agree not to sue Colorado Trophies as a result of any injury, paralysis, or death suffered in connection with my use and participation in the activities of Colorado Trophies. I further agree that in any legal action brought to enforce this Waiver and Release Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover expenses relating thereto, including attorneys' fees.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ, CLEARLY UNDERSTAND, AND VOLUNTARILY SIGN THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE AGREEMENT AND CONTRACT WITH COLORADO TROPHIES.
